Every aspect of the AEV JL350 and JL370 Wrangler was taken into careful consideration when developing this package to deliver the enhanced off-road capability enthusiasts demand while being careful not disrupt the favorable ride quality and handling that the JL Wrangler is known for on the road. AEV implements an OE-level approach to engineering, testing and development to achieve these goals and ensure that no compromises are made in terms of on-road performance, off-road capability or occupant safety.

JL Wrangler Configurations

Front Bumper & Winch: AEV's stamped steel Front Bumper provides superior front end protection, chassis mounted recovery points and an integrated lower skid plate. Shown with Warn Zeon 10-S Winch (Winch is optional on JL350 & JL370).

Suspension: AEV's expedition-ready, DualSport RT Suspension System provides the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and ride quality that customers have come to expect from AEV. The DualSport RT Suspension System includes AEV's frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs to provide 2.5" of additional front and rear ride height and a set of custom-tuned Bilstein shock absorbers.

Rear Bumper & Tire Carrier: Built to withstand the rigors of off-road use, AEV's Rear Bumper features tubular steel corner protection while the Swing-Out Tire Carrier ensures that your spare tire is held securely in place without relying on your tailgate hinges for support.

Off-Road Lights: Visibility is essential for finding your way in the dark but also for keeping an eye out for wildlife or road hazards in remote areas. AEV 7000 Series LED Off-Road Lights were designed for all-terrain travel and provide an exceptional balance of clarity and distance for improved driver safety and peace of mind.

Following in the steps of AEV's Brute Double Cab, Jeep finally gave the purists what they always wanted – a mass produced, Wrangler-based pickup truck. The overwhelming appeal of the Jeep Gladiator lies within its versatility, offering customers the functionality and utility of a pickup truck, combined with the off-road prowess of a Jeep Wrangler. AEV's JT350 and JT370 packages for the Jeep Gladiator elevate this iconic vehicle to the next level as both a daily commuter and as an off-road adventure vehicle.

Suspension: AEV's 2" Spacer Lift (standard on JT350) and 2.5" DualSport RT Suspension System provide the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and ride quality that customers have come to expect from AEV. The 2.5" DualSport RT Suspension System is AEV's flagship suspension system for customers looking to the ultimate on/off-road suspension and includes AEV's frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs matched with a set of custom-tuned Bilstein shock absorbers and steering damper.

Available Full-Size Spare Tire Mounts: Every AEV JT350 and JT370 Gladiator is available with either a Vertical or Horizontal Bed-Mounted AEV Spare Tire Carrier to securely hold your full-size 35 or 37-inch spare tire securely in-place while you are bouncing around on the trail.

Prospector XL

The Redefined Ram Package

Iconic in name and imposing in stature, the Prospector XL is the ultimate vehicle for back country excursions and long hauls off the grid. The Prospector XL package includes AEV's stamped steel front bumper with an available Warn 16.5ti winch, a heavy duty Rear bumper, 3" DualSport RT Suspension System, 40" tall tires and a number of other important upgrades to maximize the off-road capability of the Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 without detracting from the hard working nature of these trucks. Designed with the enthusiast in mind, this is truly the ultimate adventure vehicle.

Front Bumper & Winch: The Prospector XL's stamped steel Front Bumper provides maximum front end protection while also accommodating an optional Warn 16.5ti winch to assist with vehicle recovery. The massive, 30k-rated ductile iron tow loops are designed to accept 1" d-ring shackles while also functioning as rock wear plates and Hi-Lift jack points. Suspension: AEV's DualSport RT Suspension System is engineered, manufactured and tested to take the Prospector XL's capability to the next level while also offering the best combination of ride quality and handling, without giving up any towing ability or payload.

HighMark Flares: AEV engineered the Prospector XL to have all the off-road benefits of large tires while maintaining a low center of gravity for favorable handling on the road. AEV's HighMark Fender Flares increase the fender radius to allow for massive 40" tall tires with only 3" of additional suspension lift.

Rear Bumper: The Prospector XL's heavy duty steel Rear Bumper is designed to withstand all the rigors of off-road use and overland travel, while maximizing departure angle and offering superior corner protection for the underside of the bed. Heavy duty recovery points allow for fast attachment of d-ring recovery shackles.
